We ordered the Castle Noodle (Guay Teaw Lord) and it was delicious. We got the minced pork and it sits on a bed of thick flat rice noodle with bean sprouts and fried tofu. The sauce is nice and savory since it had the saltiness of Thai fish sauce and the sweetness of the thick sweet soy sauce. I added a little more Thai crushed dried chili peppers on and it was perfect.
