When I dream of pizzas I dream of this place. They have real coal burning ovens where they cook the pizzas. The pizzas themselves come out a big black from the coal but the taste is incredible. This one is located on Central Expressway just south of the George Bush Turnpike. When I look into the kitchen, I can see the fiery red of the coal as my pizza is sitting cooking to perfection. And just a small walk away is the Twisted Roots burger joint. Since you are in the neighborhood, try that place out too.
