This happen to be the special of the day at Carrabba's Italian restaurant. What is it you may ask? It's an exquisite piece of pork chop served with sweet wine sauce and fried zucchinis on the side. The pork chop took quite some time to cook so you must be patient. But trust me, it pays off in the end. The 1 1/2 inch thick meat is incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. The only bad thing is that I was not able to find this special ever again.
