Next time you are at "On The Border”, order this. They are empanadas fried to golden brown and stuffed with chocolate and caramel. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle to help cool down the freshly fried goodness. Can’t go wrong. You can even share if that makes you happy.

All-You-Can-Eat Lobster Dish at Haiku Sushi in Redmond, WA

Haiku Sushi is your typical all-you-can-eat Japanese place. They have several sections dedicated to cold foods, hot foods, steamed foods, desserts, and fruits. After the meal for the kids, they have fresh cotton candy, ice cream, and a chocolate fountain. Who am I kidding, I like all those too! The main attraction on the weekends is the stir-fried lobster dish. Even though the lobster is a bit on the dry side, the flavor is savory.

Singaporean Chicken Thai style. This is second to our home cooked version. Although I like mine with the skin Nong's version is skinless. They take the chicken skin and make an appetizer out of them. However, you need to show up early or the fried chicken skin appetizer will be sold out.
